Designed using the Commander-in-Chief's genes, Neo-Humans are adopted by the Commander to be his own daughters. Mandy was destined to be a cadette from the moment she was born, withstanding every manner of training thrown her way. Aside from enforcing strict adherence to her training, her daddy sometimes sneaks in other kinds of lessons, leaving Mandy truly exhausted. To make her father happy, however, she'll put all her body and soul into everything she does, and Aiden's spaceship is no exception.

Tyrant
An exclusive weapon for Mandy, the Penguin. The Tyrant is loaded with pure ice crystals collected from an extremely cold planet. The frigid currents it emits are capable of freezing anything, and the slightest discharge is enough to ice the user, too. Only Mandy's particular constitution is able to withstand its coldness, as if the ice crystals have chosen her personally to handle them.
