An exclusive weapon for Bellina, the Tarantula. A floating weapon that produces sound waves, the Notturno may only be used after establishing a mental connection with its user. Its mightiness is entirely dependent upon this linkage, meaning that not everybody can get much out of it. In fact, when operated carelessly, it may even cast them into disarray, making it an extremely dangerous weapon.
